Smart Cheff is an AI-powered kitchen assistant that generates recipes, meal ideas, and shopping suggestions based on ingredients and preferences you provide. Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying recipes, ingredient safety, allergens, and nutritional information before cooking or consumption. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Smart Cheff, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Shaquile Simpson and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain rights to content you input, and you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
We may remove, restrict, or filter outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly produce or request prohibited content. If you believe AI-generated content infringes your rights, contact us so we can investigate and act on legitimate takedown requests. Repeat infringement may result in termination.
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may export or delete your data within a reasonable period after termination, after which we may delete it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shaquile Simpson harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Shaquile Simpson's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
